from pumpkin to spider

i got a really cute idea to make spiders out of mini pumpkins. so let me show you how easy it is and how cute they turn out.

materials: mini pumpkins, black paint, googly eyes, construction paper, and black pipe cleaners.

step 1: paint the pumpkin black

step 2: after your kids ask a million times if they’re dry yet…and they are…add some googly eyes and a construction paper mouth.

step 3: bend the pipe cleaners to make the legs. poke holes in the pumpkin with a thumb tack where the legs will go. assemble it…
